Had absolutely fantastic and perfect breakfasts with smoked salmon and yoghurts in the bar. The booked room was beautifully decorated with a balcony. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect as for me, just off Eastbourne, the surrounding areas like Michelham Priory House and local shops. Again, a Gothic church was not very far from the hotel.

This property was reasonably clean and charming small. Great value units with a king size bed. Outstandingly accommodating staff and quiet and ideal location close to Michelham Priory House and Gardens, and the surrounding areas. Besides, easy to get to Treasure Island Adventure Park.

You can eat at Kerala Flavours, which is set 200 metres away from the property. Nice place to stay in Eastbourne, nothing too much trouble. The hotel is very clean.
